Family-owned Franconian bakeries?

I don't know about family owned, but I am pretty sure the Füchs places bake on the premises. I have always had good items at the Füchs on Lange Str. The bakery a few doors from Schlenkerla is also very good. I think it is called Bäckerei Seel.
