Family-owned Franconian bakeries?

May I ask when are you looking? Can I assume that you have breakfast at your hotel? Is this more for a snack than for breakfast? If you are looking for pastry in the afternoon, for example, you will almost certainly need a konditorei as bakeries will probably have sold out by then.
