Keller life

Glad that there's still something going on - what will you do with yourself when the kellersaison finishes!!? Great people the keller folks (kellervolk?) and a great way to spend an afternoon or many. Karin and Herrmann are simply amazing. Hope that you see them all at least once more to give them our best wishes. Opened a bottle of my very hopped bitter in memory of our tasting session - probably as hopped as most of yours (Coopers IPA kit with Morris Hanbury Northern Brewer added) but a bit stronger (1042 OG) and slightlier maltier and darker in colour. Just like a lot of the beers that I remember from years back in Manchester. Must get to a little brewing but I don't drink so much at home as some people! Enjoy your trip - the wrong side of the Pennines but they do brew some good beer.
