Keller life

My guess would be the latter with the Rittmayer. Line cleaning (in)frequency? The Rittmayer was CO2 keg, I believe the Greif was a 15L bayerischer Fass, but the window was closed so I couldn't see. I could hear what sounded like a barrel being opened, not a keg tap being opened. Can also be infection, but that's not possible in this most cleanly of cleanly lands!
