If You want to taste the Mönchsambacher Weihnachtsbock some days before the Bockbieranstich I think it should be possible. Ask the owner Stefan Zehendner, working in the evening in the brewpub, for a "Zwickl" from the Weihnachtsbock. If he has time he can go to the brewery and tap You a seidla from the tank. He will understand that You are a foreigner who haven't the possibility to be there at the 14th December. You can also say that You are a beer friend of me (from the Café Abseits). In the afternoon You can also speak with the brewmaster Alex.
