It is exactly the opening hours that has kept me (us) from making it there thus far. We're just not that big on eating Franconian style in the evening any more, and with the evening-only operation, it would be dinner time for us. And that's a bit far from home on a weeknight. But I thought it was from 17.00...16.00 is entirely possible for a quick session for just me. Maybe even today! Depressingly small pinch of hop *pellets* (not even whole leaf!) being used in that video, FWIW. And what's that bucket-like thing he's putting in the cool ship (or whatever we call it)? Never like to see people crawling around in fermenting vessels...Sauberkeit!
