Whoops, I mis-read, you want the breweries. Well, they might be closed if the Bierkeller(s) are open. The brewery info is at < http://www.bierfranken.eu/brauerei-detail.php?id=65 > < http://www.bierfranken.eu/brauerei-detail.php?id=66 > One Gaststätte's closed Sunday after 15.00 and Monday, the other Tuesday.
