| i just heard the news of my friends death 2.5 years after his death. I met Tom in high school around 1971. We were inseparably buddies for several years and shared many adventures at that wonderful time of our lives. He got me a job at the local drive in movie theatre, we went to the annual Barstow to Las Vegas motorcycle race, the rose parade in Pasadena, and travelled to mammoth mtn ski resort, and went to work in the oil field in Wyoming. I used to go to his house and stay over and listen to bob Dylan, Simon and garfuncle records. I new his brother Ray and his mother Gladys. Several years after high school we were finding are way in the world and went are separate ways. he went to Germany and I went to Maui Hawaii and lost contact with each other until the last 5 years with the Internet. I remember his dad died when he was in high school and it appears he died at a young age also! I started a family and it appears he did also. I have talented children involved in the arts and it appears he did also. |
