Weissbiers in Franconia?

I would put Mönchsambach (Zehendner) and Huppendorf (Grasser) on the list of good wheat beers in the Bamberg area. A warning: just about every brewery you visit will have a wheat beer with their name on it, but very few of them are locally brewed (many by Göller)
