Wait. The article in the discussion further down the page < http://www.nordbayern.de/nuernberger-nachrichten/region-bayern/brauereien-mit-schadlingsbefall-mussten-schliessen-1.2245286 > refers to 23 breweries being checked. I wonder if the 222 and 111 figures refer to the number of things noted at the various breweries, not the number of breweries.
