Lager at Br Sauer (Roßdorf): no acetaldehyde as in previous visits, but is a bit husky for how mild it is. Needs hops! http://t.co/1O01J2he . Finishing hops, actually, the astringency makes it bitter enough, but not a nice, hop bitterness. Braumeister not here today to discuss.
