| I don't know about the legality of a two-tier pricing structure in Germany (one price for locals and one for visitors), but it could be done. They do it in Hawaii for many things (not sure about beer). It could be done at Bierkellers with a colored wristband scheme, though I am not sure how popular that would be, even with locals. Another option is to raise the price for everyone, but then give discounts to "regulars" by not charging for every second or third beer (not sure how feasible this would be at a busy Keller). |
