| It would be easier to implement a punch-card scheme, issuing such a card to anyone on presentation of local identification, and using the card to keep count of beers ordered/consumed. Then the pricing would look the same for everyone, but those with punch-cards would get, say, a free beer after ten or fifteen punches. Probably still prone to human error, indifference, and forgetfulness, but marginally more fair, perhaps? |
