Four Breweries Closed by Health Department

I would imagine the problems with well water would have to be something that boiling would not solve. Therefore, I suspect it is not a bacterial problem, but instead some sort of heavy metal or organic solvent contamination. Depending on the problem, some sort of filtration equipment might solve it (but that is speculation). Too bad, really.
