Taxis from Bamberg

Absolutely correct Jan - I was overcome by the fact that J. and self now save €3 on our Laender ticket! It is, of course, horses for courses but there is an hourly service from Forchheim to Stiebarlimbach from 11.30 and it only takes half an hour. So for example, you can leave Bamberg at 11.12 am and be in Stieb by 12.19. Last bus from Hallerndorf during the week is 20.14 but I'm not sure about the connection to Bamberg. At weekends, it is a bit earlier. These timings do allow you to get a good day's drinking in!
