New Bus Route Sun & Holidays

The news, as was reported in the newspaper you posted, as well as the VGN, was a new *Freizeit line*. To quote: "Mit dem ... gibt es jetzt eine neue Freizeitlinie... im Bamberger Land..." As I've said before, all Freizeit buses, AFAIK, are "regular" buses that are given special treatment (brochure, snappy name, etc.) when they are elevated to the Freizeit line. I cannot recall a single instance of a Freizeit bus that started as a Freizeit bus. I don't know exactly when the 977 started service, but the schedule that is now online says it was at least in December. Nick, if you had noticed this in December and published the same thread, with the same title in December, you would have had no quarrel from me. The point is this information has been available on the VGN site for half a year now. If you hadn't noticed it in December, but only now, perhaps you could have used a title more like: "new Freitzeit bus starts service." I used to be a journalist - old habits die hard.
