Munich connection

If you book a few months ahead with Lufthansa, you can usually get a decent priced flight. 100 to 200 quid. Not as cheap as Ryanair, though. I normally fly MAN-FRA on Lufthansa nowadays when I visit Franconia. MAN-MUC is normally a similar price. Re: Regensburg brew pubs. I was pretty impressed, and thought they were a cut above the usual German brew pubs. But if I ever saw a stout on the menu in a German brew pub, I'd skip it anyway.
