Max Platz, as mentioned. In the event of rain- I suggest Lewinsky´s - get there early as it will be quite crowded, or, there is a kiosk along the Regnitz- about where Kunigundendamm and Bughofer Strasse meet. They will have a big screen outside and the patio is covered.
