Nice, good spotting! Another, older video clip about the brewery & tavern from a series of "gourmet travels" shows with English subtitles has mysteriously turned up on the internet: < http://tinypic.com/r/2i6yil0/6 > I shall visit the place someday. They only brew once a year, but there was a nice article in the Erlangen paper last week about how Tucher want to invest in brewing more often there. Not sure if that article's online.
