OT: For Jan re trains

Hi Jan - can I use your expertise on trains please? We are going to visit our friends in Schonheide (Erzegebirge) on Friday. They want us to take the train to Rodewisch (Vogtland) from Eschawo and there is a VBG connection that leaves here at 14,05 and arrives in Rodewisch at 17,12. That is clear but what is a bit complicated is the best fare. Looking at the VBG website (not in English!), there are many different fare offers; also I think that this journey is covered by the Egronet. In your opinion, do you think that the best option is an Egronet ticket (2 actually). Thanks in anticipation of your help. Barry
