Frankisches Bierfest

Couple of new ones for me: Hembacher Brauerei, a one-man operation since 2008 near Schwabach: < http://www.bierfranken.eu/brauerei-detail.php?id=318 > and the Pillhofer Hotel just up Königstraße from the Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof is either brewing or having beer brewed for them according to a recipe from 1422: < http://www.pillhofer.net/frankenfein.html > Beers to AVOID are, of course, Kitzmann. I believe I'll make a quick visit, not sure when though.
