Rauchbier recommendations.

I drank a lot of Honig on our last visit to Bamberg/Hallstadt because both our 'local', the Goldene Lowen, and its associated keller outside Dorfleins sold Honig beer. Also, we visited the brewery tap in Tiefenellern with Don and Cherie. I think that we must have been drinking a different beer to you, Jurgen, as we all liked it very much. It didn't have a particularly smoky taste at all and rather tasted a bit honey-like, which I, perhaps, mistakenly, linked to the name of the brewery. Any ideas, Don? I seem to recall that there was only one beer available in the brewery tap?
