Haven't looked at the website in question, but there was a 1000 year Jubiläum for the founding of the bishopric(?) in 2007, during which time visitors had direct access to the normally cordoned-off tomb of Heinrich II and Kunigunde. The current Jubiläum is for the completion of the Dom...the first incarnation of the Dom anyway. It was completed in only 5 years -- saw that on a tv show recently.
