Biogas plants a problem for the breweries?

You mean gaseous gas, or bio-diesel? I've long heard of barley fields being converted to rape seed to produce the latter. In the long run, I suggest brewers adjust by using less malt. They could then compensate for this by using more of another of beer's crucial ingredients. And I don't mean yeast! Some might say that it's the other way round: breweries cause biogas problems, but a different kind of gaseous bio-gas. :P
