| The Unter Unserem Himmel show is online now, and the bits about the Schlossbrauerei in Hirschau appear at about 33 minutes in. Not too much to see, except the Braumeister explaining that his beer is better than what some large operations produce because he ferments it cold, rather than at 15°C or so. You don't say! |
