Hiking in the Oberpfalz: http://www.oberpfaelzerwald.de/aktiv/wandern/wandern-im-oberpfaelzer-wald.html Not necessarily beer-oriented, but you never know what's out there. The word you seek is "Hausgetränk." The pizza reminds me of the kinds of things served at Montreal's Au Pied de Cochon, specifically the tarte de boudin et foie gras. Scary in all the right ways.
