Beer/brewery walks

There are two bookshops along the Grüner Markt: the multi-story Hübscher, and the smaller Hübscher-affiliated Görres. There's also a shop closer to the Kettenbrücke that is run by the local newspaper (Fränkischer Tag) and is also, I think, affiliated with the city, and stocks guidebooks of touristic interest, including beer-hiking books and Keller/Garten guides.
