OT: Driving...and....Flensburg

I think points are only given when the offence is greater than 20 kph over the posted limit. And they subtract 5% from the measured speed for radar accuracy tolerance. Got photographed doing 111 kph in a 100 zone on the A3 near Frankfurt, returning from Ghent in December. It's technically a "warning" fine under 20 kph AFAIK. My main concern is non-Europeans not treating bicyclists on the country roads with the proper respect.
