Mobile Internet surf

I can't comment on the Tchibo surfsticks, but I can tell you that last July (2011) while I was in and around Bamberg, free wifi was no more readily available than 2 years ago. And in fact, pay wifi such as T-Mobile Hotspots seemed LESS available.
