OT: Diageo

I guess I haven't been paying enough attention to the spirits business -- I didn't realize Diageo owned the Crown Royal brand. I spent four years at University downwind from the original Seagrams distillery in Waterloo, Ontario. While as poor students we could rarely Crown Royal we considered it our civic duty to consume as much Seagram's as we could afford and tollerate. A couple of years before I started they still gave tours of the distillery but stopped when the realized that a large portion were students looking for free booze. I "grew up" so to speak on tales from upper classmen (exaggerated I'm sure) about the unlimited Crown Royal after the tour :)
