New brewery project in Lichtenfels

I've heard of this, and we have a 1.5 L Bodum to use. And lots of different hops. I should give it a try. I could use the new Kitzmann 300 beer to experiment. (We're probably the only home within a radius of many km that doesn't have an 800€ coffee/espresso machine. Nor a "drip-filter" one.)
