OT: Sour Deutscher Porter

Bacteria added to make it sour, as opposed to the naturally occurring process in LambicLand. I realise that Berliner Weisse also features added bacteria(?), but Berliner Weisse is also different from the new wave of sour beers being brewed in the US and elsewhere. Or I consider it different at least, and I am allowed to have and maintain my own peculiarities. Polar bear. Eisbär ist Deutsch...Dutch too?
