You've been away from Schlammersdorf too long Jürgen -- it's the Landbier that's hoppy and bitter, the Vollbier is the sweetish one on tap (CO2) in the Gaststätte. Which reminds me...I wonder if their Festbier is out yet. And I wonder if there is any of the f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c Bock left up in Huppendorf...
