Best of Bock -- Jawohl! Best of Fest...?

Whilst walking home from a better local bottleshop with a few bottles of just-released Weihnachtsfestbier in my Rucksack (Meister, Hebendanz, Landwehr...there are others but no more space in there today) just now, it occurred to me that we have the wonderful Best of Bock fest at Der Pelikan in Bamberg at the end of November, but we have no similar Festbierfest where we can enjoy the Franconia's best Festbier with Bayerischer Anstich. Sadly, the most excellent Krug Bräu (Breitenlesau) is not out yet. I have a bottle each of last year's Krug and Meister Festbier; I hope to do a comparison of the latter tonight. And yes, I think they are coming out earlier and earlier every year, just like in the US.
