| In the last years around 5th December. In this year I will get the Griess Bock some days earlier (26th November?). The Bockbieranstich in the brewery is on the 26th November, I have read. At Café Abseits I will tap the Griess Bock, if the Huppendorfer Kathreinbock will be empty, but not before the 26th November. Followed by the Mönchsambacher Weihnahtsbock (9th December). In some bock beer anstich calendars You can read the day 16th December. But this is a error, widespread by copy and paste. Schlenkerla will offer his Schlenkerla Eiche - without a special bockbieranstich event - on the 29th November. At Café Abseits we will offer the Oak on bottle at first (starting 29th November). We will tap the oak in January, maybe on the last days of December, depending on the demand for the Mönchsambacher Weihnachtsbock. |
