In Manchester and no Holts? This is like being in Bamberg and no Schlenkerla (or any other local brauerei you care to mention)! For IPA, see postings re my visit in late August when I was surprised to find that Holts were selling a draught IPA in my former local, the Griffin, Heald Green. Thought I was in the US for a minute but it certainly wasn't as astringent as the Silvercity variety sampled in Bamberg. Holts also do a wide range of bottled beers, which I haven't sampled.
