And yes, the Brauereigaststätte up there in the village is wonderful. And the beer *does* taste better up there, after a long, hilly bike tour thither. But this is true anywhere IME...yet another reason to get you lot out of the car and "auf dem Fahrrad" next time. Unfortunately, the (kegged) Huppendorfer Bock was already gone when I was at Abseits last week. It is usually quite lovely and dry, though strong. Meh...next year.
