Need help with intinerary (Goslar->Leipzig->Home)

I honestly don't know, having never been to the area between there. Nor Goslar, though I do like Leipzig well enough (though I find the Gose there pretty unexciting). Others here might know more. I suspect there may be a brewery here or there with a something other than a deathly-boring Pils to offer, but all in all not many...?
