Sadly, spouse is a bit worse for wear since that and other escapades on last visit. Currently, awaiting results of x-ray on troublesome hip. Personally, I like 'discovering' out of the way places by public transport (don't forget our longish immersion in the Oberpfalz) but there are places that are difficult to get at. What I envisaged was something like Jurgen's walking trip but maybe facilitated by a mini-bus at either end - something like the visit that we made with Don & Cherie to Aufsess.
