brewery confusion

I have been somewhat out of the loop and off the net dealing with family issues. The reason the "breweries" that no longer brew are still listed is because if I take them out I get angry messages "Why don't you have xxxx listed?" It is not intended to be a complete list of fake breweries -- just those that brewed in recent times (since the site was started).
