... for this information. Usually a brewery decides to produce contract beers when their machines are too old, they don´t have enough money for a replacemt and so they have to put their machines out of service. The fact that Michael brews his Bio-Beer in Weißenstadt means that his machines are okay. Why would he brew the Non-biological beers like the Pils in Bayreuth?
