I wanted to point to the current twitter page, since the photos themselves don't give you the comments I wrote. But thanks for your attention! I was talking about the Schwarzes Kreuz Kellerbier at the Bierkeller, not at the Gaststätte where we met that time. It's bayerischer Anstich at the Keller, "(bay. Anstich)" as I wrote in the post above. Diacytel-producing bacteria can also live in casks and kegs, I suppose.
