Well we didn't end up cooking anything, being that it was a bit late when I got home. You should see the place on a Sunday in nice weather--all four Kellers will be heaving. Or you shouldn't, if it's not your thing--we avoid the place on Sundays. As do the others you met at Roppelt. Planning permission. This reminds me that before and early in the construction phase it was rumoured that Friedel were going to build a hotel (!) up there. Friedel put up a poster explaining that this wasn't true. It was the 2.8% Roggenbier that I dumped out. Way too sweet. Organising?!? All I did was tell you where to get off and on the bus! But you're welcome. I also hope to meet up again before you leave.
