Sebdemba Wedda?

I spoke to the brewer this morning, who told met that the Rittergold bier is bottom-fermenting. Had a closer look, there are two fermenters (closed) and several lagertanks (horizontal). They normally brew once a week. The owner is the brewer, he is a cook by profession.
