Adlerbrauerei, Wallhausen-Michelbach - where to drink?

Breweries in the former "Franconian Imperial counties" in B-W can be seen here: http://www.ergweb.de/html/braureichsfranken.html?B=1 I am looking at the possibility of a weekend excursion to visit a few places along BAB A7 in some bits of Franconia that straddle the Bavarian-B-W state border. These would start with a Saturday lunchtime at Düll/Gnodstadt, and go on to include Gold-Ochsen/Spielbach, Adlerbrauerei Schmetzer/Michelbach, and the larger Engel/Crailsheim. The last one might be a bit of a challenge, as the weekend would be 17-18 September, and there's a popular Volksfest on in Crailsheim. Incidentally, I've been to that bit of Thuringian Franconia, as Sonneberg lies just past the Bavaria/Thuringia state border.
