Deutsche Bahn operates trains to Gräfenberg hourly from Nürnberg Nordost stations. To Nürnberg Nordost you take U 2 from Main station in the direction Flughafen. When you come from Bamberg, you can also use a bus line from Erlangen to Eschenau. At Eschenau you change to the trains to Gräfenberg. For every connections you can use www.reiseauskunft.bahn.de There is listedt all public transportation in Germany.
