Spezial Jubilaum

Frank Wetzel told me that it is indeed the "Jubilee" (every 25 years) of the brewery. He also told me that this recipe has not been brewed for 130 years, and was from the great great (great?) grandfather of Chrisian Merz, the current brewer/proprietor. Nice.
