Gänstaller?

So I assume that the beers have been being brewed (*) at the new brewery in Schnaid for a while now and that Herr Gänstaller has the process dialed in. I've only had a few of his beers a few times from the former brewery in Trossenfurt, that very interesting Amarillo Gerstenwein, one or two other hoppy Trippelbocks, and of course the "Zoigl". I would be very curious to hear how the beers are from the Schnaider brewery now. Especially some normal-strength beers like the "Zoigl", compared to their old versions. Bourbon-barrel-aged sour-cherry-chocolate-coffee imperial Scandinavian collaboration Gose at 13% alcohol is not so much my thing. ;) (*Present continuous/progressive passive = werden andauernd gebraut)
