But...but...the Yorkshire coast lies in the Blessed Lands, i.e. the North, so the beer must universally be nectar of the Gods! ;) Ironically I've only rarely found fish n chips in England to be as good as --let alone better than-- that what you can get in Oregon, of all places. But I don't go for it a lot, it's too fatty. We do enjoy the UK for other fresh seafood and fish though! Karpfen gets a little tiresome.
