Updating on a rainy day in Bamberg

I remember our 2005 trip to Germany. When we got there, it was summery and warm. Somewhere along the line, things change, and it got cooler and drippy. Did I bring a jacket? Nah. Didn't buy one either, as the cool-drippy bit turned out to be just a couple of nights. I s'pose I would've sucked it up and bought one somewhere if it had stayed cool.
